What is your return policy?Navicore offers a 30-day no-hassle return policy for all of its products. Products must be returned in their original condition. We are not held responsible for any damages that occur during installation of our products.

What can I do if I receive a damaged part?We recommend that before acceping the package, inspect it and if damaged, sign for the shipment as "received damaged". The shipping company will then be responsible for the damaged part. After receiving and signing for the part, contact us via telephone or email and we will assist you with the claim and replacement process.

When can I expect my order?You order is generally processed within 24 business hours after receipt of full payment, and takes up to 3 business days for us to process and ship the order. You can expect most packages to be delivered within five to seven business days.

Will I receive tracking information?We provide you with tracking information via email 24 to 48 hours after your item has shipped.

Will you ship outside of the US?Navicore will only ship to the continental 48 United States. We do not offer international shipping.

What payment options do you provide?We offer payment options through all major credit card companies such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
